Now allow me to elaborate...
According to the March data, with BK in play, institutions managed to dump most of their shares to retail investors. It will be intersting to see just how much accumulation has occurred the past quarter as they have held the share price in check...it will only go up after they regain control of the shares outstanding from retail investors...
